About

Our researchers are breaking barriers in engineering and technology. We're at the forefront of the next generation of energy sources with research in hydrogen, geothermal, solar, energy efficiency, and other clean energy technologies to help decarbonize the world.

Looking at the 22nd century, we are pushing the frontiers of engineering and technology to develop the next generation of instruments, processes and materials. We discovered Volkswagen’s emissions discrepancies, partnered with the FBI to research biometrics and we are developing deep neural networks for AI algorithms. From our robotics team working to put mini robots on the moon, to upcycling single use plastics or using multiphysics approach for micro generators, Statler continues to lead the way.
